Description:
The secondary steam continues raising and change into condensation

of the medicine and solution at high-gradient.The solute inside the
medicine will be separated out with great speed compelely(the
extraction liquid is colorless).Then,the extraction liquid stops
entering into the concentrator.And concentrated secondary steam
goes into the cooler.The concentration will continue until the
required proportion(1.2-1.34) of the medicine cream is
available.The colorless liquid in the extration tank will be stored
inside the storage tank for next time of use.The medicine residue
will be drained out from the slag outlet.If extraction with organic
solvent,please add proper water first and open the steam valve.
After the the recycle,medicine residue will be drained out.
Equipment features:
1.The rate for cream collection is 10-15%higher than that of the
multi-function tank,and the effective elements in the cream is one
time higher than the normal one.Because the hot solvent is added
into the drug surface continuously and then they pass the drug
layer from up to down with high speed to solve the solute in the

5.For the concentrated secondary steam serves as the heat source of
extraction,the extraction liquid pump to the concentrator is at the
same temperature level with that of the concentrator,which can save

Working principle:
Put the drug material into the extraction tank and insert the
solvent such as water,ethanol,carbinol and acet,etc(in accordance
with the technology requirement)whose capacity is five to ten times

liquid until boiling that will last for about twenty to thirty
